Cookie Policy
Effective 16 May 2026 · Last updated 16 May 2026
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. We use cookies and similar local-storage technologies for two purposes only: to keep the website functioning and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
For a fuller account of how we handle personal information generally, please see our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we currently use
| Category | Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Netlify Forms anti-bot | Netlify, Inc. | Prevents automated submissions of the inquiry form. Set when you load the inquiry section. | Session |
| Analytics | _ga | Google LLC (Analytics) | Distinguishes unique visitors. Used to aggregate, never identify. | 2 years |
| Analytics | _ga_RQ7PKCMW6W | Google LLC (Analytics) | Persists Google Analytics 4 session state for our property G-RQ7PKCMW6W. | 2 years |
3. Cookies we do not (currently) use
As of the date above, Gratiance does not use cookies for advertising re-targeting, third-party social-platform measurement, or cross-site profiling. If we add such cookies in the future — for example, the Meta Pixel, the Microsoft Advertising UET tag, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag — we will update this page, inform you through a consent banner, and obtain your consent in advance where the law requires it.
4. How to manage cookies
You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Each browser handles this differently; please consult the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge for the relevant instructions.
You may opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the inquiry form from functioning. Disabling analytics cookies has no functional consequence; you will simply no longer be counted in our aggregate statistics.
5. Changes
We will update this page when we change the cookies in use. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
